Orders & Availability and Payment
I currently offer a set menu of cupcakes only. I’m not taking custom or bespoke orders at this time. This allows me to focus on quality, consistency, and flavours I’ve refined over time.
All orders need to be made in advance and require a minimum of 3 days' notice.
To secure your order, please pay 50% of the final price at least 3 days before pickup and the remaining balance is due on collection. Please have the remaining balance ready at collection.

Pricing
12 Cupcakes (1 Flavour): 80 CHF
24 Cupcakes (up to 2 Flavours): 160 CHF

Orders are confirmed once details are agreed and the deposit is received.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements
All products contain milk, butter and eggs and may contain traces of wheat (gluten), nuts and other allergens. I do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, vegan or allergy-specific products.
All products are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens are used, so I cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Pickup Location and Days
Pickup is in Bonstetten (8906), Zürich.
Orders are available for collection on Fridays and Saturdays only.
A collection time will be arranged in advance.
The full pick up address will be shared once the deposit has been received.

Cooling Service
For collections during warm weather (approximately 25°C and above), I recommend transporting your cupcakes in a cool, insulated container. If you do not have your own, insulated transport equipment is available to hire.
A CHF 5 preparation fee applies, along with a refundable CHF 40 deposit for the reusable equipment. The deposit is refunded in full when all items are returned within 7 days in good condition.

Transport & Storage
Transport your cupcakes on a flat, level surface, such as the floor of the car or the boot, rather than on a seat where they may tip over. Secure the box to prevent it from sliding or tipping during transport.
Keep cupcakes out of direct sunlight and avoid leaving them in a parked car, particularly during warm weather.
If travelling in warm weather or for longer journeys, insulated transport equipment is available on request (see cooling options).
Once home, store the cupcakes according to the storage instructions provided.
I cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs after collection due to transport or storage.

Storage and serving
Keep your cupcakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain quality and food safety. They are best eaten within 3 days. For the best flavour and texture, allow them to come to room temperature for at least 20-30 minutes before serving, depending on the season and room temperature.

Payment Methods
Payment via Cash, Twint or paypal. 

Cancellations
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before collection will forfeit the deposit.
